About us
Due to the increasing significance of the roles of consultation and training of qualified institutions in capacity building and supporting the decision-making/taking bodies, in both private and public sectors; coupled with the need for an effective academic mechanism in undertaking such tasks to professionally co-op with the accelerating dynamics of the contemporary world, we are honored to announce the setting up of a specialized institution in Libya. Our tasks are to be carried out by qualified scholars and practitioners.
About founder
Professor Ahmed Ali Al-Atrash is an academic and researcher specializing in Politics and International Relations. He obtained his Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom, his M.A. in International Affairs from Ohio University in the United States, and his B.A. in Political Science from Mohammed V University in Morocco.
He has published several books as an author and co-editor, along with numerous scholarly articles in both English and Arabic. Professor Al-Atrash is an active member of various prominent NGOs and research centers, and he has participated in and presented papers at a wide range of international media programs and intellectual conferences across the world.
His research interests focus on peace and security, sub-regional, regional, and international organizations, international diplomacy (formal and informal), democratization, migration, and inter-Arab and inter-African relations, with a particular emphasis on the Maghreb region.
